I believe that wellbeing is about finding tools to navigate the highs and lows of life with more ease and grace. I first came to yoga at university as a way to balance my studies in psychology and law. What started as a grounding practice became a passion for holistic health and the simple joy of being in the moment.

In my work, I focus on guiding others to connect with their emotions, embrace vulnerability, and find balance in their mind and body. Using tools from yoga—like movement, breathwork, and mindfulness—I help create a safe space for exploration, growth, and healing. My approach is simple and accessible, designed to meet you where you are and support your unique journey. The sessions are offered in English, German, and Spanish.

Off the mat, I am broadening my integrated approach through trainings in talk therapy, working with children, and herbology, combining these practices to deepen my understanding of nature’s healing power and support emotional resilience and well-being across all ages.
